I purchased a 1965 DS that had been partially restored. It doesn’t have a VIN number on the chassis so I’m wondering how I can find out what it is and get a new plate stamped. I have the original documentation from the car and (I think) the original French numberplates.

Ignore this thread. My car does have a VIN. The control in Belgium was just wrong. Idiots.
