Rubbers aandrijfas???

Hallo,
Mijn aandrijfas was kapot en ik heb bij de garage een goede tweedehands gekocht.
Daar zaten alleen niet twee rubberachtige schrijven aan, die ik bij de oude aandrijfas wel tegenkwam.
Wat is de functie van deze twee en is het nodig ze op de andere te monteren?
