Beste allen, Paul Olive; een kennis van mij in Zimbabwe, heeft een probleem met zijn DS; Ik heb hem verteld dat mijn digitale vrienden van het DS forum hem misschien kunnen helpen; zie hieronder;

As you can guess, Zim is full of potholes, which you want to avoid, but there are plenty of ‘small’ ones which you go through and there is always a ‘knock’ at slow speeds, at faster speeds they aren’t felt. Citroens are meant to cruise over any small bump without feeling it, but the car feels every small detail of the roads. I’ve replaced all the balljoints, and the tie rods, have regassed spheres from Kurt Wittig, ( about 5 years old, but only a few hundred kms ). I’ve filled the steering arms with oil, checked the stabiliser, I’ve replaced the rear suspension rods. I’ve overhauled the steering rack….All the suspension stops replaced.  The knocking happens when any of the wheels goes over a small bump or a pothole. The suspension itself works fine.

De nylon lagerschaaltjes van de stabistang misschien? Of de kogelgewrichten van dezelfde stang. Voorgenoemde onderdelen zijn degene die je doorsmeert.

Klinkt als een gebroken veertje in stab stang kogel gewricht.
