Yesterday, we went down to Lyon.
The goal of this specific operation?
Yes! An ambulance of only 89000 Km!
We have an electric winch on the trailor. This is the sort of item you really appreciate.
Of course, remote control!
This ambulance is complete. Only the oxygen bottles are missing.
The front indicators are white: Year 1978.
This car was sold on : April 4th 1980.
New batterie, the former one was dead.
95 Ah, 750 A : oversized.
Key : 2cv- Gs style.
In the glover box: original documents.
The oil: clear, not black.
This morning, I went to work. What did I see?
The ambulance stoped the day before at around 19:30.
She was still at her normal height.
Problem with my new digital camera: all the photos taken outside are overzxposed.
A small neon light, an electric fan (2 speeds) triggerd by a black switch.
The red switch : heater fan for the specific heater.
This Cx is a ‘confort’. It is even writtent on the dashbord.
The specific heater is an extra radiator inside the back of the cx. The hoses are connected on those of the normal heater.
The extra heater is On or Off by the use of an electric by-pass.
One on the connection is dead. I wille replace it vith a stainless steel one.
Even if this Cx is in a very good condition, this proves an unknown car needs to be transported on a trailor. Otherwise I would had destroyed the engine, or at least the head gasket.

Yes! This is the part of the deal: to have it in this configuration, even if I have to hide it for the technical control.
